Everyone hanker healthy in lifestyle. Food is very important in your live because can give energy and healthy. Good healthy become from good eating, goodness and exercise. You must eat follow the time and eat 3 time that is breakfast, lunch and dinner. For choosing food, you can choice food nutritious such as need a balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to sustain a healthy body. Eating right makes you feel good, and it's important for reducing your risk for diseases like heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes, stroke and so on. Eat a healthy diet by choosing a variety of fruits and vegetables. For healthy lifestyle, you cannot smoking and don’t take a drug because when you take this, more give you disease. Than, you can do exercises like jogging for healthy body just do 20 minutes only. It can give you stamina and relax your mine after busy to work. You must take more water among 7 or 8 glasses everyday. Healthy lifestyle can give you many benefits, become life harmony and far from any diseases.
